Vishay Halbleiter XFD11K XClampR®Überspannungsschutzvorrichtungen sind bidirektionale Bauteile zur Oberflächenmontage, die für eine hohe Temperaturstabilität und eine hohe Zuverlässigkeit ausgelegt sind. Diese Überspannungsschutzvorrichtungen zeichnen sich durch eine flache XClampR-Klemmspannung und ein hervorragendes Ableitvermögen von 8/20 µs bei niedrigem dynamischem Widerstand aus. Die XFD11K von Vishay Semiconductors ist AEC-Q101-qualifiziert und verfügt über einen Sperrspannungsbereich von 33 V bis 85 V und eine maximale Sperrschichttemperatur von +175 °C für eine hohe Zuverlässigkeit und die Anforderungen im Automotive-Bereich. Diese XClampR-Bauteile eignen sich ideal zum Schutz sensibler Elektronik vor Spannungsspitzen, insbesondere bei Lastabfall in Fahrzeuganwendungen.
